Government of the Punjab with the assistance of Asian Development Bank has launched a Policy Reforms initiative, Punjab Public Resource Management Program (PRMP), for improved management of the public resources and institutional strengthening. The program has entered into second phase (PRMP-II)/Punjab Government Efficiency Improvements Program (PGEIP). The program envisages reforms in governance structures, systems, and processes. A Program Management Unit (PMU) is working to coordinate and steer the Program activities. Two posts of the Deputy Program Director are vacant in the PMU which are required to be filled immediately. Suitably qualified candidates, both from the public and private sectors, are encouraged to apply. PRMP offers competitive compensation packages and a good working environment.

Ideally the candidates should have a Master’s degree in Business/ Management/ Social Sciences from a recognized university, preferably foreign with at least 5 years experience in Public Sector with maximum age of 40 years. Serving government servants are also eligible to apply.
