Government of the Punjab with the assistance of Asian Development Bank has launched policy reforms initiative, Punjab Public Resource Management Program (PRMP). for improved management of the public resources and institutional strengthening. The program has entered into second phase (PRMP-II)/Punjab Government Efficiency Improvements Program (PGEIP). The program envisages reforms in governance structures, systems, and processes. A Program Management Unit (PMU) is working to coordinate and steer the Program activities. The posts mentioned below are lying vacant in the PMU wich are required to be filled in immediately. Suitably qualified candidates, both from private and public sectors are encouraged to apply. Job descriptions and qualification of each post are mentioned below:-

 

Job Description Qualifications & Experience No. of Posts

Deputy Program Director

  1. Responsible for technical support for program outcomes/ activities. This will include TORs development, interaction with the concerned departments, liaison with consultants including contract management issues, trouble shooting, review of outputs and follow-up on implementation of reform proposals, amongst others.

  2. Assistance to the Program Director in all matters including relating to the Program Steering Committee, interaction with donors, recording of minutes of meetings, developing presentations and dissemination of communication material.

 

  • Ideally the candidates should have a Master’s degree in Business/ Management/ Social Sciences from a recognized university, preferably foreign.

  • At least 5 years experience in Public Sector with

  • Maximum age of 40 years. Serving government servants are also eligible to apply.

Web Manager

  1. Design, develop and maintain / update the PMU website.

  2. Develop and maintain implementation support software for different systems operations of the PMU.

  3. Oversee the implementation of network security within the PMU.

  4. Anticipate future network needs, identify proactive solutions to satisfy needs.

  5. Oversee the audio-visual part of events held under PRMP.

  6. Demand based training & capacity building of PMU staff for project support related software.

  7. Prepare technical specifications for procurement of high quality IT equipment for PMU.

  • Masters degree in Computer Science/MCS from recognized university.

  • At least five years of work experience of Web, desktop softwares, Database Development, MS.NET Technology.

  • Maximum Age:- 40 Years

Driver

 

  • Under Matric

  • Valid LTV / HTV driving license

  • At least five years experience of driving in a reputed organization both in public and private sector .

  • Maximum Age:- 45 Years

Security Guard

 

  • Under Matric

  • Preferably ex-army personnel with license Weapon

  • At least three years experience

  • Maximum Age:- 50 Years
