Government of the Punjab, with the assistance of Asian
Development Bank has initiated ‘Punjab Resource Management Program
(PRMP) for improving governance and public service delivery. The Program
is structured in sequential Sub-programs with specific output and
outcome targets for each sub-Program. Major reform areas under the PRMP
are as follow:
1. Public Financial Management, Pension & GP Fund Reform.
2. Institutional Development.
3. Private Sector Development.
4. Capacity Building & Training.
To facilitate implementation of these reform actions, PMU
PRMP intends to engage the services of domestic Individual Consultants/
Sector Specialists in the following areas;

Tax Reform Experts |
Two Positions to assist an International Tax
Reform Consultant in review and reforming the Tax Policy &
Administration of the Province. |

Business Process Reengineering/ IT Expert |
One expert to review the existing IT related
systems and Business Processes of Punjab Public Service
Commission and improve them. |

3 |
Financial & Management Experts |
Two experts with expertise in Financial and
Administrative/Management issues to conduct internal review of
systems and procedures at PMU PRMP. |

4 |
Public Private Partnership
(Regulations) Expert |
One expert to assist an International PPP
expert, to be engaged to develop a PPP policy for power sector
in the province, in review and analysis of existing policies,
rules and regulations. |
