  pre qualification of event management firms  


Government of the Punjab, with the assistance of the Asian Development Bank has initiated the ‘Punjab Resource Management Program (PRMP)’ for improving governance and reduction of poverty in the province. The Program is structured in sequential Sub-programs with specific achievement targets for each sub-Program.

In order to share the proposed reforms with the stakeholders and to get their feed back, PMU/PRMP has to organize various workshops/ seminars and trainings. The workshops are expected to be of two categories including the multi-stakeholders and province based as well as those involving localized and intra-departmental participation as per the requirements of the themes of the workshops. To manage these two categories of events, PRMP requires the services of experienced event management firm on activity/ event basis. Through this advertisement PRMP, P&D Department calls for expression of interest from experienced event management firms to be short listed for future events organized by PRMP, P&D Department in both the above mentioned categories.

The interested firms may submit their application, on the prescribed format, with the following documents within fifteen (15) days of the publication of this advertisement. Application form may be obtained from the PMU PRMP or downloaded from PRMP website www.punjab-prmp.gov.pk

Name, complete address, telephone, fax numbers, email and/or website of firm with year of establishment, partnership deed (if applicable), name and designation of persons duly authorized by the firm/contractor with whom future correspondence can be made.

To substantiate the financial soundness of the firm, a certificate from scheduled Bank along with up to-date balance sheet be provided with the application.

bullet

Undertaking on judicial paper that the firm was never blacklisted by any of the Government or Semi-Government Department/organization.

bullet

Detailed company profile including list of the assignments entrusted upon the firm by the various Departments/organizations, which have been complied with/executed since the date of establishment of the Firm and company staff strength.

An attested copy of the certificate that the firm has been duly registered with the concerned authorities for paying General Sale Tax, Income Tax etc.

RULES AND REGULATIONS

1. Competent Authority reserves the right to reject any application without assigning any reason.
2. Any concealment or wrong statement about the information/details mentioned above will result in dis-qualification of the firm.
3. In case of incomplete information, the application will be rejected and the firm will not be considered for pre-qualification.
