CONSULTING OPPORTUNITY
The Planning & Development Department, through Punjab
Resource Management Program (PRMP), intends to get the following
Portfolio / Books printed, with the view to create awareness about Art &
Culture as well as to create a repository of classical and contemporary
art:

“The
Portfolio of Master Painters” shall describe the valuable
works of the eminent painters of Pakistan. These would be
classics painted by late masters. |

“The Book on Painters and Paintings on Punjab” shall
throw light on eminent painters of Punjab and the master-pieces
of paintings in the context of Art & Culture of Punjab. |
|
|
“The
Book on Paintings on Lahore” shall highlight the
master-pieces of artists who chose the life / monuments of
Lahore as their subject. |

|
“The
Book on Traditional Calligraphy and Caligraph-art” would
focus on the traditional Islamic Cultural Art of Calligraphy and
Calligraphy-art |
One thousand copies of each book and the portfolio shall
be printed at international standards. The Consultant / Service Provider
will also have to recommend the names of artists and works of art for
inclusion in the Portfolio and Books. The project has to be completed
within 3 months after notice to proceed. The selection of consultant
firm will be made on Quality and Cost Based System.
Technical & Financial Proposals are invited from Lahore-based registered
NGOs, supported by the Government, having resources and experience of
publishing books on art & culture at national/ international level.
The eligible NGOs may approach the undersigned for issuance of Request
For Proposal (RFP), which will have to be furnished to office of the
undersigned within Twenty One (21) days of the publication of this
advertisement. The Government reserves the right to reject any / all
Technical & Financial Proposals without assigning reasons.
