Meeting Of The Committee On Capacity Development Interventions
A high powered Capacity Development Intervention Committee headed by Chairman P & D Board has already been constituted to consider issues related to capacity development and training under PRMP. This Committee comprises of Secretaries of key Departments of the Government of Punjab and PD, PRMP. The last meeting of CDI Committee was held on 23/6/2006.
Revised TA Loan for Punjab Resource Management Program has a major component of capacity building program for the officers of Government of the Punjab. Moreover, funds are also available under World Banks Public Sector Capacity Building (PSCB) project (US $ 2 million for Punjab). PC-I for the capacity building of officers of Government of the Punjab has already been approved by Central Developmental Working Party (CDWP). A number of other relevant issues have also collected, necessitating convening a meeting of CDI committee.
A meeting of the CDI Committee was held on 12th Jan 2007 in Committee Room, P&D House at 1100 hrs.
