Mr. Suleman Yaqub
Khan has joined the PMU as Civil Services Reform Specialist and
Coordinator on 15-12-08. He will coordinate the activities of CPA 3
of PGEIP. He will be housed in PRMP and will work in close
coordination with PP & CMW, S&GAD, MPDD and other relevant
implementing departments.
He brings with him
a varied academic and professional background. His academic
qualifications include a Master of Science in Psychology (Peshawar)
and a Masters of Art in Human Resource Management (Chevening
Scholarship, University of Durham, UK). He has 14 years of
experience, working for the Government of Pakistan in various
positions. He belongs to the Customs and Excise group of civil
service (27th Common) and in his last assignment he was working as
Second Secretary Organizational Development (HRM Wing) at the
Federal Board of Revenue. His core area of interest is Public Sector
Reforms and has written a paper on Public Sector Restructuring in
Pakistan with a specific focus on Performance Pay in the Federal
Board of Revenue.
